Person-centred support
We take the time to understand each person properly: not just their needs, but who they are, what matters to them and how they want to live their life.
Clarity Cura was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that everyone deserves support which is compassionate, respectful and genuinely impactful.
We provide high-quality support services for all, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism and neurodivergent needs, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and additional social or emotional support needs.
Our support is tailored to each individual’s unique routines, goals, communication preferences and lifestyle, ensuring people feel genuinely valued, respected and supported.
Four principles shape everything we do.
We take the time to understand each person properly: not just their needs, but who they are, what matters to them and how they want to live their life.
We pride ourselves on being approachable, professional and dependable, building trusted relationships with individuals and families alike.
Our aim is to empower people to maintain and build independence, confidence and community engagement wherever possible.
Clarity Cura was founded with a strong ethical vision: delivering support that is compassionate, respectful and genuinely impactful.
Founder & Manager
Sakhile Twine is the Founder and Manager of Clarity Cura, bringing together professional experience across health, social care, governance and public sector leadership, alongside significant lived experience supporting family members with additional and complex needs.
As a healthcare professional and a parent and carer with direct lived experience of navigating health, education and social care systems, Sakhile understands first-hand the challenges many individuals and families face when trying to access compassionate, reliable and genuinely person-centred support. This perspective has played a central role in shaping the values and vision behind Clarity Cura.
Sakhile is particularly passionate about improving outcomes for autistic individuals, people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and those who may require additional emotional, behavioural or practical support. Her approach is rooted in dignity, empathy, advocacy and the belief that every individual deserves opportunities to live a meaningful, stable and fulfilling life.
Alongside her healthcare and care sector experience, Sakhile has held senior analytical and governance-focused roles within the public sector, helping organisations improve systems, service delivery, safeguarding practices and operational standards. Her long-term vision for Clarity Cura is to create ethical, high-quality services that positively impact individuals, families and communities across Essex and beyond.
